The 2019 Swanepoel Power 200 list of powerful real estate leaders and executives included eXp Realty founder and CEO, Glenn Sanford, in the top 20%.  This widely-respected real estate publication has this quotation in the Keller Williams section: "Keller Williams today faces more competition than it has in the past four years.  Fast-growing cloud-based eXp Realty claims to take the Keller Williams model to a new level with its virtual environment, and thousands of agents have voted with their feet."  Richard Dolbeare is one of those thousands.  He has compiled the following eXp information for two reasons:  (1) self-introspection to better understand why his former brokerage was not working for him and (2) in support of other agents who may be considering the same move.  Existing eXp agents may access helpful info below.

 At eXp Realty there is no paid recruiter to attract agents to the company.  Instead agents recruit other agents and are rewarded for doing so by Revenue Share.  There is a much hype about Revenue Share and deservedly so for those who want to focus on recruiting rather than selling.  For those of us who prefer a primary focus on selling real estate there are many additional attractions.
